[/quote] Some years our school has Algebra 2, other years not. I hope they will do it virtually vs. sending kids to the high school. My child is on this track. I don't see any advantage beyond child wanted to do it to avoid another year of doing the strategies and really boring math. They wanted more concrete math. Taking Algebra in 7th is still really really early compared to privates and other school systems. Often it is not till 8/9th.[/quote]
