What form do those efforts take? What kind of actions have been shown to have a significant effect on racism on a population wide level?

I would like to see serious reductions in racism and I make individual efforts to that end, but I don’t know what really works on a lagger level.

Not sure what you mean by “biggest concern,” but isn’t the goal to end racism? Doesn’t it make sense to do as much as possible and be as effective as possible?

Who said the goal is to end racism? Majorities change, just look at TJ. Asians became the majority and then suddenly politicians were making disparaging comments about Asian students and wanted to then lower Asian enrollment in favor of other minorities.[/quote]
