Most of our friends on swim team have two working parents - although most of those parents also have some flexibility in their schedules or grandparents around to help, which I realize everyone doesn't have.

Our pool does have evening practices 3 days/week where swim team takes 2-3 lanes. I believe at least one of our two head coaches attends most days.[/quote]
