Seems like she set up a travel company in 2019 and used it as the excuse for COVID hardship used to withdraw funds, despite that the travel company had never actually been in operation, had no clients and no programs in the work, in other words, it was just a shell company. The Baltimore Investigator General first reported on it as part of an ethical review and Mosby's lack of reporting her private companies on her documents in 2019.
