I'm a previous poster and wanted to update--I've lost an additional 10 pounds since November. First time I've ever lost weight over the holidays. I just finished my coaching and have started phase 2 of calibrate. The slow start bugged me but I've made big changes in each of the pillars they focus on (emotional, sleep, hydration, mindful eating) and I'm hopeful it's going to be a lasting change. I felt silly spending so much money on calibrate and did it mainly for the drug access, but these coachings are helping me stay on track. I'm up to 1 mg ozempic and it's still working great. I am able to stick with my diet and honestly most days eat under that. It keeps you full. I think it slows down your digestion so you feel full much longer. One thing that's different about the program is that it doesn't focus much at all on food. They have red foods, things you should minimize, but it seems more realistic in that you're going to eat them,so let's track them and account for them and move on. I struggle with all or nothing on diets so this has been a really good thing for me. I really recommend the program. I went in knowing everything about diets but my coach is awesome and our little sessions are tailored just for me. It feels like I have a diet psychiatrist which I think I needed, just to talk it out with someone. I've realized in past diets it's always an extremely personal, out in the wilderness type thing for me,where I'm in my head and not nice to myself at all. This is completely different and it's been great to have someone encouraging (and reminding me to not be so negative to myself)
