She has had a chin implant, nose job that ruined her nose and spray-on tan for starters - whereas before I could have fallen into her eyes framed by her milk-white skin, now she wouldn't be out of place in a weightlifting competition.  The obvious change is caused either by taking prednisone for arthritis like Barry Gibb - in which case I really feel for her as there is nothing she can do about it (except for those things previously mentioned), or she has deliberately progressively destroyed her beauty after breaking up with Mutt.

NO-ONE ages like that in such a short space of time to the point they are unrecognisable unless they are consuming every drink/drug in town, or have a medical condition.
