If the police were called, and found a kid wandering near a road unsupervised, I’m not sure how that’s some sort of conspiracy. Did the cops go let the kid out back in September when this happened?

I see what the PP is saying. I see what you're saying. I just have to say you're both right. Because generally someone like Jana wouldn't have been charged but she was. And remember the ATTORNEY GENERAL of South Dakota killed someone while driving and got away scott-free in 2021. Like he literally ran the man over with his car, didn't provide assistance, the victim's glasses were found in his front passenger seat post accident, and he was never charged with vehicular manslaughter or fleeing the scene of a crime.
