Other schools have encountered this and found ways to push them out.

UNC Wilmington and Indiana University have both dealt with professor like this recently.

Both of these jerks also threw in a heaping helping of racism. IU put up with this for a long time until the social media storm began. I don't know if Rasmusen is still employed but completely marginalized. . At IU it was disgusting because the prof was tenured and bragged about sitting on his butt doing nothing because only a few students would sign up for his classes.
