[/quote] Most T30 schools do NOT offer merit scholarships to students who do not qualify for need-based aid. There are limited exceptions such as e.g. Duke (1% of freshmen), Swarthmore (2% of freshmen), Wesleyan U. (2% of freshmen). [/quote]
