Maybe it’s just an advertising executive who’s trying to drive more hits to certain ads. Maybe, say, attacks on the University of Chicago help someone reach a quota for clicks from people who live in Chicago, and maybe attacks on dual enrollment help drive up flickered the keyword “community college.”[/quote]
