Your analysis is just not very scientific. Parents self-select in applying, including parents of FARMS. Latin has many working poor and lower middle class families, as my own has been at many points during our time in DC. You have a very narrow view of 'diversity' and 'urban' if it only includes homogenous low SES . [/quote]
