Planning to move, looking for a club with ZERO parent influence on coaching or any kind of parent role in team actions. I don’t care paying the extra admin fee for a team coordinator or manager or whatever. If you know of the ideal club I welcome recommendations.
Join one of the many small clubs in your area, like mostly Latino or black ones. Look at EDP leagues and check out the ones that are competitive but you prob have never heard of. We are at one and there is very little, if any, parental involvement in coaching. Coordinator/manager is a club employee and never a parent. Prob because they just want the kids to play and most parents know very little about college athletic scholarship process, etc. Bonus, they are often much cheaper.
