Except the stuff that goes down the drain in your house goes to a water treatment plant before being released into the wild.  There are no fish at the wastewater treatment plant, and in fact, bacteria are used as part of the secondary treatment of water.  I have no idea what that article was referring to... thousands of gallons from a dairy?  [/quote]
