Gen X is 1964 at the earliest and ends around 1981 or 1982, is my understanding. We are the latch-key kids, first of the MTV generation, many of us remember the gas crisis, hyper-inflation, and were coming of age at the time of the stock market crash. We are the generation of Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, Electric Company (and Zoom). We watched all the 1960s sitcoms in syndication on UHF: Gilligan's Island, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeanie, The Monkees, Brady Bunch, Partridge Family, among them.[/quote]
