We've been bumped to business (or won the bidding lottery) with two kids, one was under 2 at the time, and everything was fine. She did cry loudly for a bit, but no one even gave us a second look. I travel a lot for work in business (internationally) and honestly I LOVE seeing families in there. It's just so robotic in there otherwise... Kids add some humanity and often laughter.
