They got a big influx of new kids but only about 5(?) from SYC. They picked up another 7 or 8 from other places. At the older ages McLean is pretty consistent and has some really good teams. I do not think many SYC girls moved to the older age teams. Mclean tend to like the high IQ and high skilled girls who pass(still have to have the athleticism). It’s a different style of play vs some other clubs. It draws a certain type of player. Fitting a style of play is so important. [/quote]
