The cops should have written a ticket/citation to you for animal cruelty.  Who ties their dog to a pole in the middle of a busy city street?  Leave the poor thing home!

Putting that aside, yeah, they are teenagers.  They are loud and rowdy.  [b]But the neighbors in Tenley have a longstanding rep of being racist NIMBYs[/b] - the reason Wisconsin Ave looks like shit is because they fight to the death any new development or construction. If they want peace and tranquility and none of "those kids" - MOVE TO THE SUBURBS.[/quote]
