The School Board should be deeply ashamed of themselves for being such cowards and hypocrites. The poorly performing schools draw the surrounding neighborhoods which tend to be more working class and immigrant heavy. Unless you find a way change the SES makeup of the schools, the disparities will remain [/quote]
