Lots of people who can't afford Wellesley and really, who can? move there.[/quote] Like in many areas of the country, the wealthy places further out have not appreciated as much, relatively speaking, as the wealthy places closer in. Sherborn is not that far as the crow flies but would be a difficult commute. Most people now want denser places closer in.[/quote]
