I'm not vaccinated. 50 yo white female Democrat. I have medical issues, including severe allergies and an as yet undiagnosed auto immune condition, with risk of blood clots. I am doing the right thing for me, which is holding off on vaccination until I have a handle on my health.[/quote]

Not knowing what your conversations have been with your doctors, I don't claim to know whether you are making the right decision or not by choosing to hold off on vaccinating.  But your understanding of the statistical probability of dying from Covid is not correct because the risk is not spread evenly across all people.  You are older, you have medical conditions, and if you are overweight or obese your odds go up significantly.  Your chances of survival also depend on your access to high quality medical care.  Your risks are not the same as a healthy, fit, 18 year old.  [/quote]
