It's stupid policy to compromise on the education opportunities of our residents/citizens in exchange for revenue dollars from other countries..[/quote] I'm an immigrant; grew up and educated in CA (went to a state univ). While I tend to agree with you, foreign students also do bring in more money. So, if you want 100% resident only, then be prepared to pay more taxes to cover the shortfall. Tuition had gone up by 50%+ in the four years I attended college in CA. And this was decades ago.
