[/quote] But the issue is that you don't really know if it's COVID safe. The Gambia is at level 1 because there's no evidence of substantial COVID concerns. It could be that the country has very low COVID rates or it could be because they're not testing much. So many countries are at level 1 that I would suspect have COVID problems, and that's because they don't have the materials or capacity to do proper testing.[/quote]
