This is a significant difference as it means that christian theology (not every Christian out there) believes that Jewis/Muslims/etc will not be saved and are "wrong".  whereas Jewish law only requires that non-jews follow the & laws of Noah (not the 10 commendments), which include 
1.Prohibition of Idolatry
2.Prohibition of Murder
3.Prohibition of Theft
4.Prohibition of Sexual immorality
5.Prohibition of Blasphemy
6.Prohibition of eating flesh taken from an animal while it is still alive
7.Establishment of courts of law

Some may argue whether Jesus is considered an idol, if in fact,  he was not the son of g-d and he has been made itnto a human "idol" but most do not consider Christianiy/Jesus to be in violation of the 7 laws of Noah. [/quote]
