I lost 125 pounds on weight watchers and didn’t exercise until after I had lost 100 pounds. It was all diet. [/quote] NP and I’m glad to hear this and have concluded as much for myself. I have about 100-110 to lose and exercise beyond walking is painful for me. Biking kills my a55, running kills my knees, I can’t get up from a squat, but I love to walk at a good pace and can do so without pain once I found good shoes. I don’t intend to add any exercise besides walking until I’ve lost at least 30# or more. I’m doing My Fitness Pal but found WW to be successful in the past. I don’t like the new program as much.[/quote]
