Each Club's Roster may average no more than twenty-four (24) Players across each age group based on the[b] minimum of 11 full-time Players[/b] and a
maximum of 13 Future Players. Pg.25

Clubs may not permit any [b]full-time Club Player[/b] to participate in non- MLS NEXT soccer activities during the MLS NEXT Season, except as set forth in this Section and in connection with a Player’s National Team duty and/or Youth National Team Identification Center participation. pg. 15
