But even in the DMV I'd say LUMC for mid-career would be more like 200-250 HHI, $750K in savings (maybe more because of recent bull market) and I'd add a teacher or Fed pension to the mix and the expectation of no mortgage by age 60. So very comfortable & well positioned for retirement. I think with $375 HHI and $3 million in savings, you've graduated from LUMC--congrats![/quote]
