Langley‘s focus is on developing a “justice oriented curriculum.” This is what the teachers did on their professional development day while the parents got a speaker to teach them about white privilege and systemic racism. For anyone wondering, no, there were no examples were provided of actual systemic racism in existence today. [/quote]
