People are fallible, footage is not. There’s plenty of incidents where a crime happens in a neighborhood and no one says anything because it’s either ‘small-town mentality’ or ‘no one wants to be a rat’. Access to camera footage by law eliminates that conundrum and brings accountability.[/quote]
