Moderna already knew how to make the vaccine. They just needed the genetic sequence to get it started. Once China released the genetic sequence, they could make the vaccine and get trials underway to see if it was safe and effective. Why do you think they needed to spend more than 2 days once they have what they needed to make the vaccine? [/quote]
