[/quote] The problem with this argument is that many, many school districts prohibit this kind of fundraising by individual PTOs. Having one school raise 100k while another does not even have a PTO is clearly an issue. A redistribution of a portion of funds would make good sense. Or a program with a partner school to build long-term bonds.[/quote]
