This is a district-specific, short-term virtual program. Think they will come up with a different pay-scale and go through the hassle of remote hiring just for this temporary program?

Who says the virtual school will be short term?  That’s why you bother to stand up a virtual pyramid. God knows teachers amd DL parents have been saying for a year that DL school is as good as— or better than in person. And parents who think otherwise hate their kids.
