The processes and gatekeepers have not changed. It’s the taint, whether fair or unfair and it’s going to take some time of good, corruption free government for that taint to wear off. PG County won’t be free of the taint until someone there acquired power as an outsider explicitly running against the entrenched powers, not a product of them. [/quote]
