Young teen females have been pulled over by police and told to do this. They don’t know the law, are afraid to go to jail so they comply. Then too embarrassed to file charges later. I'm not sure I follow.  Are you saying the cops are pulling poor black women over for minor traffic violations AND DEMAND THE WOMEN STRIP RIGHT THERE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD?  Man, it's worth it to have some sort of video recording so that you can sue the PD from here to kingdom come, and to provide footage to the local news stations too.  I hope I misread your comment, but suspect this is exactly what you're saying.[/quote]

Are you new to the planet? A few examples off the top of my head:

1) Daniel Holtzclaw - preyed on poor Black women until he stopped a nearly 60 year old woman, who was the director of a daycare center. He forced her to perform oral sex on him in his patrol car. Most of his victims were middle CJ aged Black women who had records.

2) Charmesia Corley was cavity searched on the side of the road after being pulled over for running a stop sign, when the police claimed they smelled marijuana.

3) The case in New York where the young lady was picked up with two male friends. The two officers let the male friends go and raped her while she was in custody. They claimed it was consensual. While she will not get justice, there is now a law in New York that says that officers cannot have consensus sex with detainees. I know Anna Chambers is not Black, but she was vulnerable).
