Because they put it out there.  There are hundreds, if not thousands of video released by their management all about their personal lives.  This is how they became so famous.  They were basically a reality tv show broadcast from YouTube.  Their videos became extremely well-watched and their music took off from that.  So yes, absolutely fair game to speculate on their lives.  If they don't like it, they should take it up with their management company, and ask not to be filmed 24/7.[/quote]
