EX:Another community. Pool vandalised by teenagers multiple times. Police out one night and catch them in the act. Since "they were respectful" to the cop he let's them go. No report written, no warning to call to parents. Nothing. Pool gets vandalised two more times costing homeowners money.

EX: Someone hit my car. I ask for insurance info. Guy barely speaks English, doesn't have insurance. So now I get to pay for this accident and he gets to drive off and go about his business. Nothing happens. How in the world can you have a car, registration and no insurance and you can get away with it? That's braking the law.......but there are no consequences.........[/quote]
