Yes? If the family's 'documented evidence' didn't meet the standards for whatever services you were trying to wring out of them. Teachers and administrators are well aware of parents efforts to reclassify their kids in order to get as many advantages as possible even if the 'problem' is that the kid is just average. [/quote]

Nice.  So now it's the Asian family trying to "wring" "advantages" out of the school.
