Medical/hospital workers already qualify in DC PP and have access. This was a clinic in which Howard U was allotted 500 doses of DC vaccine (presumably; does not say otherwise) to run outreach to the AA community. The issue is the two people cited were MD residents. That is [b]not[/b] the DC community. [/quote]

I don't care. If they can get AAs in to get the shot, I don't care where they live! Good for Howard and the other community leaders who are trying to overcome vaccine hesitancy for vulnerable populations. The nonstop bean counting is going to make you bitter and crazy.
