I left a place like this last year. Division heads hired my boss who was, and still is, an incompetent mess. She was hell to work for and turned on people who had more subject matter expertise in their pinkies than she coudl ever wish for. I was one of those people she lashed out at. Well, she's still there waiting for the big promotion she was most likely promised. Division head knows she sucks but he hired her so he backs her up at all cost. Her maliciousness and jealousy turned what was once a great place to work into a snake pit. [/quote]
