A woman with three little kids is going to be cooking food that's quick and easy and kid-friendly, which often means highly processed. Or she's not getting regular, normal meals, so she's snacking off of the kids' plates, she's snacking during the day when she has time, and so she doesn't realize how much she's eating, and it's not especially healthy.
