UVA is attractive because it's a flagship that costs 35k a year instate. Dartmouth's cost to attend is 77k[/quote]

The criticisms of Dartmouth were about the environment, not the price.  U[b]VA has a similar frat culture, drinking culture[/b], etc.  That was the comparison.  [/quote]

But it's entire off campus at UVA and only about 32% participate.  You can go all four years without every entering a sorority or frat house.  You can also choose not to drink. Amazing![/quote]

If by participate you mean go to fraternity parties occasionally or regularly, it’s way more than 32%. [/quote]
