They have not adapted their curriculum or their teaching styles or their expectations to DL. It's one of the many reasons DL is so terrible -- teachers and schools are trying to shoehorn their in-person curriculum into a very different format. Or they are leaning almost entirely on YouTube videos. That's not "adapting".
