When they act like professionals, we will treat them as such. Every year all they want is to do less work for more money and more days off. When I was a kid I can remember going entire school years without having a sub once the entire year. Prior to Covid, my kids had subs all.the.time. They get way more snow days now than we did back then too. Feedback is non-existent. [/quote]
