Personally, I don't love Olney myself, but it has many good qualities: I like most of the people I've met, there is a community feel even without a real town center, it's great for kids, plus it's a pretty easy suburban lifestyle...no jockeying for parking spaces at the farmers market etc. Housing is still a good value.  I get why people live here, we made the move ourselves for practical reasons, and I also get why people would prefer to live elsewhere-- that doesn't mean Olney is an undesirable place to live for a while while. Hopefully readers will take the snide posts with a grain of salt.[/quote]

Well, the fact that all of Olney apparently went to the beach in August [b]during the pandemic[/b] might have something to do with it.[/quote]
