What a bizarre idea. And since you want to flip Wyoming, you show you don't actually care about representation for citizens of any given state. If anything DC resident could opt to vote with MD. or VA. To go to a state simply to flip it is pretty repugnant and why we have the system we do in the first place.[/quote]

To do this all you have to do is rent or own a home in another state + never vote in D.C.[/quote]
