[/quote] You are absolutely incorrect about law enforcement being more adept at prosecuting rape. You couldn’t be more wrong. Unless your daughter has some form of proof, they will not likely prosecute a he said/she said rape report. She could report it to get it in the record, in case someone else comes forward against the guy, with the full knowledge and expectation that nothing good is likely to come from it and it may cause substantial additional pain for her.[/quote]
