this is the same. the lady left her car running with the keys inside to go inside a store. I don't need her to tell me that's a bad idea and that's why I have never done it.

on a side note, what she did was not only stupid but really bad. she left her car on a lane of a major road in DC where there is no parking/stopping at any time. it is also the bus lane. so many times I was driving down in traffic and suddenly cars or the bus on the right lane need to merge into the next lane because some idiot left the car parked or stopped for a coffee or something. people used to do that also at the Starbuck up the street at CT and Livingston. just park your stupid car in a regular parking place and don't be an a$$hole[/quote]
