There are very few women over 40 who eat "normally" - three meals a day, food pyramid amounts, nothing crazy - and are what someone like OP would consider skinny. It's either genetics (look at mom, sisters) or obsessiveness over eating or exercise or a combo of both. This is the case for 100% of the women I know that fit into this category, and there are a lot.[/quote] I would agree with this and count the 'they just don't have the inclination to eat that much' people in the genetics category.[/quote]
