While I don't agree with her, it's not really incoherent - I got what she was saying first read. She thinks SAHMS who have been out of the workforce for years are qualified to do hourly wage type jobs, such as reception. They aren't qualified for professional high paying jobs. Again I don't agree but don't see why what she said is incoherent. [/quote]
