Help me understand what the problem is with the current Rec environment that we now need to pay coaches to coach at that level?   By doing so it will drive the cost of Rec soccer from $80 to $180 or more and eliminate more and more kids that have parents challenged to afford another 100, 200 expense.

Oh i see, so take it from the Director to allow the community more access to higher paid coaches.   I see.

So how does this work at clubs where the Director is not overpaid?  Just to be clear he is over paid but I dont see how your solution is viable, necessary and useful widespread[/quote]
