Isn’t that the genius of it though? EVERY. SINGLE. roll CE has ever had has been this terrible character, with terrible acting? It’s so ironic and low key while playing into the theme of the show of being over top? “Chris Elliot cannot ever be anything other than this bad actor/weird character. So let’s build him into the biggest version of himself/pigeon holed actor.”
